We see ourselves as a first century church of the gathered faithful who are on this wonderful journey with God. We do not orchestrate what we do, but allow the Father to be in full control. We do not manipulate one another and believe that each and everyone of our following has a name, a purpose and a plan created by the very hand of the Father.
Our Leadership page is composed of our Pastors, Elders, Board of Directors and Ministry Leaders.
Our Pastors are the Shepherds in this journey of ours. We move together or we don't move at all. Every sheep has enormous value and none are ever left behind. We hold relationship with the Father and one another as the greatest gift given to us. We value significance over success and a shared journey over personal achievement.
The Elders are mature and faithful seekers of the Father who provide Spiritual leadership and direction for our gathering. Their giftings are very evident in their own lives, the lives of our body, and are constantly in use for the health and ministry of our church.
The Board of Directors provide administrative leadership and is given the great and difficult task of implementing the Elders spiritual vision of Sanctuary.
Our Ministry Leaders are home grown volunteers called by God, who have risen up from within our body of believers to run with the vision the Lord has given them. They are our best ambassadors concerning who we are and what we are about.
